We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

My Tokyo Guide will use the personal information provided in the tour/transportation application forms only for communicating with clients and for arranging transportation and accommodations to provide the services requested by the client. We do not collect personal identifying information with the sole exception of your specific knowledge and consent there of. We collect this information for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your booking and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not send out marketing e-mail to you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We never sell or distribute email addresses and/or other personally identifying information to third parties, Nor use it for unapproved commercial purposes.

We will observe laws and ordinances on protection of personal information, guidelines, social norms, and public order and morals. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
